• information supplied by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate; or
• Mellia Labs reasonably believes that fulfilling the order could breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is dispatched.

Mellia Labs reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an obvious pricing error occurs, Mellia Labs may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Mellia Labs does not unnecessarily store customers' full payment card details.

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Next Working Day. Next working day is a Royal Mail delivery aim and is not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Mellia Labs is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside its reasonable control.

Mellia Labs does not offer voluntary returns simply because a customer changes their mind, except where applicable law provides a cancellation right.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where Mellia Labs supplies the wrong product, a product is damaged or defective, or a refund or replacement is legally required, Mellia Labs will provide the applicable remedy.

Customers must not use, supply, resell, administer or represent Mellia Labs research materials as being intended for human or veterinary use.

Customers must not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Mellia Labs reserves the right to refuse an order where it reasonably suspects prohibited, unlawful or unsafe use.

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text and other materials are the property of Mellia Labs or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
