What does Research Use Only mean?
It means the materials are supplied for laboratory research and analytical work only. They are not medicines, are not intended for human or veterinary use, and must not be used in or on people or animals.
Are these products intended for human use?
No. No product listed on this site is intended, approved or supplied for human or veterinary use, and Mellia Labs provides no dosing, administration or preparation guidance of any kind.
Where can I find product specifications?
Each product page states the material, the quantity in the vial, its form, storage information and what documentation may be available. Anything not confirmed for that product is not stated.
Ordering and delivery
Where are Mellia Labs orders dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible, normally on a working-day basis. If anything will take longer we will let you know by email.
What delivery service is used?
UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Next Working Day.
Is tracking provided?
Yes. Delivery is fully tracked and tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
How does the next-business-day delivery aim work?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch. It is a delivery aim, not a guarantee, and delivery can occasionally take longer.
Documentation
What product documentation is available?
Every order is supplied with lot and batch identification. Analytical documentation may be available for the relevant lot and can be provided on request where it is held. Where documentation is not held for a particular lot, we will tell you.
How can I request batch documentation?
Email info@mellialabs.com with the product name and the lot number shown on your vial, and we will confirm what documentation is held for that lot.
